By purchasing, accessing, or using the Product, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by the terms below. This Disclaimer supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Product Description & Intended Use

The Ecosalite salt water lamp is a portable, eco-friendly LED lighting device powered by saltwater electrolysis, designed for outdoor recreational use only (e.g., camping, patio, garden, seaside activities). It is not a toy, not a medical device, not a safety/emergency light, and not intended for indoor primary lighting or continuous unattended operation. The Product contains liquid (saltwater) and electrical components; misuse may cause leakage, corrosion, or damage.

2. No Medical & Health Claims

ALL statements, descriptions, or marketing materials related to the Product are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, health, or therapeutic claims. The Product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Any references to “natural,” “eco-friendly,” or “safe” do not imply health benefits.

3. Safety Warnings & User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Product strictly in accordance with the printed user manual and all safety instructions:

For adult use only; keep away from children under 12 and pets.
Do not ingest saltwater or internal components; avoid skin/eye contact with leaked liquid.
Do not overfill, tilt, drop, or expose to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or open flames.
Do not use if damaged, leaking, or submerged; discontinue use immediately if corrosion, odor, or malfunction occurs.
Use only clean saltwater (non-toxic, non-chemical); do not use seawater with debris, oil, or contaminants.
Do not leave unattended while operating; especially near fabrics, wood, or flammable materials.

You assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss arising from improper use, modification, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

4. No Warranties (Express or Implied)

THE PRODUCT IS SOLD “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Ecosalite does not warrant that the Product will be error-free, leak-proof, or suitable for your specific environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Ecosalite and neverdarker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of use, data, profits, or property damage—arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Product. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID.

All trademarks, logos, text, images, and content on the Site and Product packaging are the intellectual property of Ecosalite (neverdarker). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of these materials without prior written consent.

We do not warrant that the Product meets all local requirements outside our shipping area (United States).
