This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases of Ecosalite salt water lamps (assembly line products, outdoor use) made through Ecosalite, where we only sell and ship to locations within the United States. We are committed to providing transparent, efficient, and customer-friendly services to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. By placing an order on Ecosalite, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All Ecosalite salt water lamps are assembly line products, ensuring consistent quality and timely production. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details immediately after payment, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

We only sell and ship Ecosalite products to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories). We exclusively use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all shipments to ensure your Ecosalite outdoor salt water lamp is delivered safely and on time. The shipping method will be automatically selected based on your U.S. shipping address and package weight.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package, in line with USPS shipping rates. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. We offer free USPS shipping for all orders with a total amount of $60 or more; no additional promotional code is required, and the free shipping offer will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Delivery time follows USPS official package delivery standards, varies by shipping destination and method, and does not include order processing time (1–3 business days):

Note: Delivery times may be delayed due to severe weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if any significant delays occur. Since we only ship within the United States, there are no import taxes, duties, or additional international fees—all applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order status by logging into your Ecosalite account and navigating to the “My Orders” section.

Due to the nature of Ecosalite salt water lamps (which contain liquid components), some U.S. territories or remote areas may have shipping restrictions in compliance with domestic transportation safety regulations. We will notify you immediately if your U.S. shipping address is in a restricted area, and we will process a full refund for your order if shipping is not possible.
